Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ZTZ Cycling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages or Lost Packages
If your product arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer service team immediately at ztz_aftersales@163.com so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
