Warranty period: 30 days

ZTZ products include 30 days warranty support from the delivery date. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a product-related issue, contact our after-sales team for support.

• Warranty support applies to eligible product defects or issues reported within 30 days.
• Please keep your order number, packaging, product photos, and installation photos when available.
• Improper installation, normal wear, modification, crash damage, misuse, or compatibility mistakes may not be covered.

Return window: 30 days

Returns may be requested within 30 days from the delivery date. Products should be unused, uninstalled, and returned with original packaging and accessories unless the return is due to a product defect.

• Contact us before sending any return package.
• Compatibility-related returns may require photos and measurements to confirm the issue.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Compatibility reminder

Bike parts are not universal. Before ordering front forks or hydraulic brake sets, please confirm wheel size, steerer tube, axle type, brake mount, hose length, rotor setup, and lever orientation. If you are not sure, contact us before purchase.
