Front fork installation reminder

• Confirm steerer tube type, length, crown race, headset, axle type, and brake mount before installation.
• Cutting a steerer tube is permanent. Measure carefully and use proper tools.
• Use proper torque values and check headset preload before riding.
• Confirm wheel, rotor, caliper, and tire clearance.

Hydraulic brake installation reminder

• Confirm hose routing and lever orientation before final installation.
• Do not pull the brake lever without pads or spacer in place.
• Bleeding may be required if hoses are cut, opened, or shortened.
• Align calipers and check rotor clearance before riding.

Safety checks before riding

• Check all bolts, headset preload, axle retention, brake bite point, and rotor alignment.
• Test braking at low speed before riding on roads or trails.
• Stop using the bike if you hear abnormal noise or feel loose steering or weak braking.
