How to choose a mountain bike suspension fork
- Confirm wheel size: 26 in, 27.5 in, or 29 in.
- Check steerer tube type: straight 1-1/8 in or tapered.
- Confirm axle type: quick release or thru axle.
- Check travel, crown-to-axle height, and intended riding use.
- Make sure your bike supports the fork brake mount and rotor setup.
How to choose hydraulic disc brakes
- Confirm your frame and fork have compatible disc brake mounts.
- Check front and rear hose length before ordering.
- Confirm lever orientation and hose routing.
- Check whether rotors, adapters, bolts, and pads are included or sold separately.
- Professional installation is recommended for safety-critical brake setup.
